What is the process for my pet's cremation?
Once your pet arrives at our facility, they are handled with respect and care throughout the cremation process. When we arrive at your location, we respectfully move the pet from where they are and secure the pet into our Pet Transport Vehicles. Once we arrive at the crematory facility, the paw print and other keepsakes are collected. The pet will then move into the actual cremation process. Once the cremation process is respectfully completed, the package you chose is prepared and then placed in line for delivery back home to you. You can learn more HERE:
What is the duration of the cremation process?
The cremation process typically takes about 4-7 days, depending on the package selected and any additional urn or keepsake items ordered. We will call you as soon as the process is complete to schedule delivery to your chosen location. We will take care of all the pickups and deliveries in this process, so that you can take the time to grieve without worrying about it all.
What should I do if my pet passes away at home?
If your pet passes away at home, take some time to pause and grieve with your household members, including other pets. Allow other pets to see the body so they can understand their friend has passed. Then, contact our immediate assistance line at 1-859-740-0195. We recommend placing a blanket or puppy pad beneath your pet to absorb any fluids before transport. The Final Ride will take care of everything from there. Call us and relief is on the way.
How do I arrange for my pet's cremation?

What type of pet cremation services do you offer?
We offer both private and communal cremation services. Private cremation is when your pet is cremated alone in the chamber, and their ashes are returned to you. Communal cremation is when multiple pets are cremated together, and their ashes are then respectfully scattered on our privately owned farm property in Fayette county.
How do I know that I'm receiving my pet's ashes?
We follow strict identification protocols to ensure that each pet is clearly identified throughout the cremation process, with each pet assigned a unique identification number that remains with them the entire time.
How long does the pet cremation take?
Depending on the package selected and any addition urn or keepsake items ordered, the typical process for cremation takes approximately 4-7 days before the pet is returned to you. We will take care of the hand delivery back to you ourselves. Our services are going to take care of you door-to-door throughout the process.
Can you cremate all types of pets?
