Once your pet’s cremation is complete and your memorial package is prepared, delivery is immediate. We will contact you to confirm whether you are home or if you have a designated safe location for us to leave your package. If we must leave it, your memorial package will be securely sealed, fully waterproofed, and placed in a safe and discreet area.

All deliveries are made during daytime hours only, ensuring your package is handled with care and placed securely. This streamlined approach allows us to make deliveries while en route to other pickups and services, helping us maintain efficiency and keep our prices affordable for all clients.
 

We also understand that every family’s schedule is different. If you need us to hold your memorial package due to travel, work, or personal timing, we are happy to accommodate. We can hold your package until a specific date, or place it at our Lexington facility for convenient pickup during regular business hours.
