About Us

A Legacy of Love and Compassion

Hello, I'm Robert, the founder of The Final Ride. My journey to starting this compassionate service began from a place of profound personal loss and need. Caring for my stepfather during his final days, I experienced the devastating moment of losing my 15-year-old chihuahua, my constant companion. It happened so suddenly—one moment he was there, and the next he was gone.

In the midst of my grief, with a hospice nurse by my side, I realized I had no idea what to do with my dear friend's remains. My only option was to leave him in the garage until Monday. The heartache of not being able to give him a proper farewell was overwhelming.

That’s when I understood the need for a service like The Final Ride. I wanted to provide a dignified and compassionate option for other pet owners facing similar situations. Our service is designed to be there for you, offering immediate and respectful assistance when you need it most.

We believe in honoring your pet’s memory with the respect they deserve. From providing a gentle in-home pickup to offering memorial keepsakes like clay paw prints, we aim to make this difficult time a bit more bearable.

The Final Ride was born out of love and necessity, to ensure that no one else has to go through what I did without support. We are here for those moments when you need someone to turn to. We're not just a service; we're a compassionate hand in your time of need.

Save our number, 859-740-0195. We hope you never need us, but we're here if you do.
